V1 vegetable tanned tooling leather carves and stamps incredibly well. Naturally a lighter color, which allows the user to achieve brighter tones and finishes. Accepts oils and dyes. The European sourced hides have a very smooth, and clean grain when compared to other import tooling options.
V1 wet forms and molds to shapes with ease, making it a perfect leather for cases, sheaths, holsters and scabbards. Also great for footwear/sandals, belts, handbags, furniture and equestrian equipment.
