Cavalier – Ink Tumbled

Cavalier is a variation of the Chromexcel® leather that is slightly less oily. Cavalier hides are typically dyed in brighter tones and will display a vibrant pull-up for most colors. These are a tumbled variation which means the temper is slightly softer and the pull up shows as a more distressed, two tone look on the hides.

These are second run hides which means some hides may have issues ranging from a color defect/variation to brands, holes, scarring, loose break, drawn grain, tannery swatch cuts, etc. Many times, we have also created our own color names for these hides, and these should not be referenced to identify any leathers not sold here at Maverick.
