Chromepak Type – Almond

Chromepak is one of Horween’s toughest tannages. Heavily hot stuffed with oils and waxes to weatherproof and condition the hides. Great for boots, moccasins, bags, tack and other heavy duty goods. This leather will last a lifetime, or two. Embossed with a pebble grain. Limited Stock.

We will refer to Horween Leathers as a “type” when we have no way of telling the exact tannage. Many times, we have created our own color names. New leathers are constantly being developed at the tannery, and we have no way of identifying the leather exactly. We do the best we can to identify type, color etc.

2nd Run – hides may have defects like brands, healed scars, holes, loose break, tannery cuts, etc.
