Latigo GBS – Rio

Horween’s Latigo line is a full grain, combination tanned leather with a chrome tan base and heavy veg re-tan that is often characterized by a beautiful tight grain. GBS stands for “Glazed Both Sides,” which means that this latigo has a wax finish.

These are second run hides which means some hides may have issues ranging from a color defect/variation to brands, holes, scarring, loose break, drawn grain, tannery swatch cuts, etc. Many times, we have also created our own color names for these hides, and these should not be referenced to identify any leathers not sold here at Maverick.
