Oiled Snuffed Grain – Copper

Snuffed grain leather has been buffed or sanded on the grain side which creates a soft and velvety feel.   Snuffed grain leather has been buffed or sanded on the grain side which creates a soft and velvety feel.  It has a subtle matte finish that has a slight variation in color and texture due to the buffing process.  These sides have been oiled and as such have a slight oily feel to them.

These are second run hides which means some hides may have issues ranging from (but not limited to) a color defect/variation, brands, holes, scarring, loose break, drawn grain, tannery swatch cuts, etc. Many times, we have also created our own color names for these hides, and these should not be referenced to identify any leathers not sold here at Maverick.
