Beautiful, full-size ostrich hides. Great for boot tops, vamps, bags or any other project to add an exotic touch! Available in grades 1, 2 and 3.
The grades for ostrich hides are determined by the number of defects in each quadrant of the hide. To determine the gradable area, the tannery will divide the belly of the skin into four quadrants. Grade 1 will have no defects on any quadrant. Grade 2 will have defects on one quadrant and Grade 3 will have defects on two quadrants. These hides have all been previously graded and marked as such by the tannery.
