Derby – Dark Brown

The Essex, Dublin and Derby are tanned using Horween’s 100 year old Cordovan veg tan liquor formula. Dublin is a bit more rugged looking than the Essex leather it starts off as. Derby is the tumbled variation of the Dublin tannage. The hides are infused with wax and then heat plated which enhances the grain, creates a pull-up effect and adds a bit more rigidity than the leather. Just like many of Horween’s leathers, it works great for just about any leather project. Limited Stock. Made in USA.
