Tumbled Veg – Galaxy Blue
A tumbled vegetable tanned leather with a two-tone look. During the tumbling process, fibers from the flesh side have loosened to create a fuzzy appearance. This has also caused some “leather dust” from the roughout suede fibers. Priced accordingly.
These are second run hides which means some hides may have issues ranging from (but not limited to) a color defect/variation, brands, holes, scarring, loose break, drawn grain, tannery swatch cuts, etc. Many times, we have also created our own color names for these hides, and these should not be referenced to identify any leathers not sold here at Maverick.
