Vermont is a vegetable tannage from Horween that displays a supple temper and feel. Great for jackets, lining footwear and many other custom leather projects of your choosing.
We will refer to miscellaneous Horween leathers as a “type” when we are not 100% sure of the exact tannage. But feel it is closest to that type/tannage of leather. Many times, we have created our own color names. New leathers are constantly being developed at the tannery, and we have no way of identifying the leather exactly. We do the best we can to identify type, color etc.
2nd Run – hides may have defects like brands, healed scars, holes, loose break, tannery cuts, etc.
